Part Time Administration Support Position
We have an opportunity in our Johnsonville office for someone in search of a part time reception and administration role.
Ideally you will have previous reception experience, sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Outlook. You will also have a mature attitude, a warm and friendly personality, outstanding verbal and written communications skills and an aptitude for numbers would be an advantage.
Key areas of responsibility include:
§ Meeting and greeting clients and answering telephone queries
§ Assisting with client administration
§ Word processing
§ General office functions ranging from control of consumables to database maintenance
Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, so there will never be a dull moment as no two days are the same!
