Preparation of Financial Statements and Management Reporting
The preparation of Financial Statements and presentation to the users of the reports is a significant part of what we do at Laurenson’s.
It is important to us that our clients understand the reports we prepare for them. We welcome queries from clients to enable them to fully understand the financial reports. Presenting reports that are meaningful to the reader is a high priority for us and we want our clients to understand clearly what the reports are disclosing.
All companies, other than exempt companies, must meet the requirements of the Financial Reporting Act 1993. This means the inclusion of annual reports and notes.
We apply the same standards of presentation and reporting to financial statements for all of our clients, whether they are sole traders, partnerships, trusts or companies.
