Are you serious about growing your business?
Our business growth programme involves:
- processing your transactions using Xero
- meeting with one of our Directors monthly (or bi-monthly as appropriate) to review concise easy to read management reports
- a Spotlight Report comparing your results to budget and last year
- highlighting the key performance indicators you are focused on in graphical and table format.
The monthly meeting provides accountability for the business owner to meet the targets you have set and provides a sounding board to develop strategies for change when the course needs to deviate to achieve your aspirations.
We work with you to develop your annual budget and cash flow projection each year with specific KPI’s identified from this in line with your strategic plan.
The programme also includes all the standard accounting and tax requirements for preparation of financial statements and tax returns with constant review of your tax planning during the year.
Those in the growth programme may also choose to have us assist with strategic and business planning.

It considers not only the financial and accounting issues; it may also consider such items as business environment, external and internal appraisal (SWOT Analysis), overall strategic direction, marketing, technology and risk.
We can facilitate the business planning process or provide an objective review of your draft plan in consultation with you.
The pressures of daily business can often mean strategic planning takes a back seat – but to have a successful business you must plan ahead.
We’ll help you establish a strategic plan that looks at where you want your business to be in the next 3-5 years and exactly how you and your team can achieve these aims and objectives.
